Former San Jose State standout wide receiver Chandler Jones, who holds school records for catches and receiving touchdowns, died over the weekend at 33, the school announced Monday.According to MyNewsLA, Jones died in a traffic accident in Los Angeles involving a Toyota Rav4. Per the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 2 a.m. local time on Sunday. Jones was pronounced dead at the scene.Jones, who played at San Jose State from 2010-13, finished with 248 receptions and 29 touchdown grabs in 50 career games. An honorable mention All-American in 2013, he ranks second in Spartans history with 3,087 receiving yards.
