The MLB Little League Classic is moving to a Thursday night for 2027, with the Toronto Blue Jays facing the Chicago Cubs in Williamsport, Pa.
Major League Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred made the announcement on Sunday, the gameβs traditional day, during this yearβs contest between the Atlanta Braves and Milwaukee Brewers at Journey Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field.
The Blue Jays, first-time participants in the Little League Classic, will be the home team for the 19, 2027 game, with both ballclubs scheduled to attend Little League Baseball World Series games earlier in the day in South Williamsport. Little League players and their families attend the MLB game.
