The holidays are HERE which means The Sports Animal’s “12 Days of Spinozi” powered by OG&E is back to help make Christmas wish lists a reality for OK City Center and the youth they serve. Last year, with your help, OK City Center delivered thousands of gifts to kids and families across the metro!
It’s your chance to give again this holiday season as Spinozi from The Morning Animals hits the roads of Oklahoma in an OG&E Electric Vehicle to collect donations from YOU. Those donations are then given to OK City Center to purchase gifts for so many kids to help makes their Christmas wishes come true! Volunteers will then wrap more than 5,000 gifts in 1 day and deliver them in one day AND in time for Christmas!

OK City Center provides so much for local families that are working through challenging times and this amazing event each year brings so many smiles and holiday cheer!
Make sure to come back and visit this page when we announce and post all the items and experiences that will be up for auction with all proceeds to benefit the 12 Days of Spinozi.
YOU can help by making a donation HERE or call/text Spinozi at 405-650-4560 to swing by and collect your donation in an OG&E EV.
Make plans to join 98.1 FM WWLS The Sports Animal for the annual Air Comfort Solutions “Bucks for Bikes” event at Wal-Mart at 3301 SW 104th St in Oklahoma City on Friday December 12th from 9a to Noon with Matt Ravis broadcasting live. All money raised will go to purchase bikes for those kids at OK City Center.
Watch the video below to hear about how the “12 Days of Spinozi” came to be an annual event for OK City Center and The Sports Animal!
Spinozi will be riding around in a 2024 Chevy Silverado EV, one of 51 OG&E recently acquired.
Key features include:
– A range of more than 500 miles on a single charge
– All-wheel drive
– One-pedal driving
– 110-volt AC outlets
– Safety Features include adaptive cruise control, automated braking, blind zone alert, front and rear parking sensors, and 360-degree cameras
For Customers Considering the Purchase of an EV
– OG&E has the SmartHours Overnight (EV-Time-of-Use) price option. It allows customers to enjoy greater discounts by shifting some electricity use when prices are lowest at night.
– 85% of motorists drive fewer than 50 miles per day, making an EV the perfect commuter car.
– EVs offer low maintenance; they can be charged at home, do not require oil changes and the brakes have a longer life span.
– EVs provide immediate torque, resulting in very quick acceleration.
– There are apps available showing where charging stations are throughout the U.S.A.; the infrastructure is expanding rapidly to accommodate commitments from nearly all auto manufacturers to “go electric.”
OG&E’s EV Fleet
OG&E is committed to replacing 100% of its light duty fleet vehicles with EVs by 2030. This is part of OG&E’s goal to reduce company CO2 emissions by 60% by 2030.
